General Summary:

Lifeboat Distribution is currently seeking qualified candidates in order to fill a sales position that will be responsible for managing the day to day activities related to working with Strategic Accounts. This role is responsible for managing ongoing sales relationships with assigned territory reseller partners as well as onboarding new reseller partners. You will be balancing Business Planning & Development while orchestrating Sales Quotes and Orders for your partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales quota in set territory by growing existing active partners and developing new business with partners not currently interacting with Lifeboat
  • Effective and accurate:
    • Product search
    • Quoting and
    • Order processing
  • Cultivating strong relationships and acting as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Driving focused investment for growth by identifying partners with greatest upside based on solution sales that match our product portfolio
  • Consistently articulating Lifeboat's value proposition to assigned territory partners in order to maintain and increase Lifeboat's share of each partner's business
  • Acting as Liaison between vendor partners and channel resellers to grow business within the assigned territory and gain market share

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Passion for Sales and Technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone selling skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
